Known as “The Art of the Eight Limbs,” Thai Boxing uses the hands, shins, elbows, and knees extensively in fighting. Thai Boxing is known for its powerful penetrating strikes, hardcore training regimen, and devastating combinations, all designed to knockout the opponent! Bruce Lee was so impressed by the power and effectiveness of Thai Boxing that he integrated it into his art of JKD. The seminar will cover:
- The Five Ways of Training a Thai Boxing Combination
- Common Mistakes in Holding Thai Pads
- Thai Boxing Stance, Punching, Elbow Form, Knee Mechanics, and Kicking
- The Eight Fundamental Thai Kicks
- Kick Counters, Boxing Counters, Elbow Counters, Knee Counters, and Spin Kick Counters
- Kickboxing Series and Four Count Series
- Intermediate to Advanced Level Thai Boxing Combinations
- JKD Applications of Thai Boxing for the Street
Weapons Seminar

This seminar features fighting techniques with Palm Stick, Sarong and Nunchacku. You can apply these techniques to defend yourself with day-to-day objects such as a pen, butter knife, jacket, scarf, etc. You'll be amazed how these simple objects can save your life.

Dumog Seminar
Filipino Grappling & Wrestling

Dumog is a Filipino martial art that is based on grappling, wrestling, and ground fighting. The art is unique in that it allows a smaller person to take down and control a bigger opponent by attacking choke points on the body - parts of the body that will bend and move naturally, regardless of the person's strength. Examples of Dumog targets are the head, the hip, and the knee.
Legends Seminar 2008
