Jeet Kune Do (JKD 1 - Beginner) includes Mixed Martial Arts,
Thai Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Submission Wrestling
Classes are for students with little or no prior JKD training. Training covers:
- JKD concepts, philosophy, Bai Jong, punches, kicks, footwork, parries, evasions, and conditioning.
- The four ranges of combat: kicking, boxing, trapping, and grappling.
- Five Ways of Attack, JKD Wooden Dummy, Trapping, R.A.T. (Rapid Assault Tactics), and Energy Drills.
- Equipment training - heavy bag, focus mitts, kicking shields, Thai pads, shin guards, belly pads.
- Classes cover light-contact to full-contact drills and live sparring.
Jeet Kune Do (JKD 2-Intermediate, 3-Advanced, 4-Apprentice Instructor)
Classes are by invitation only. Students must complete Phase 1 and receive an instructor’s approval before attending these classes.
Filipino Martial Arts (FMA 1-Beginner) includes Panantukan,
12 Areas of the Inosanto Kali System and Majapahit Silat
Classes are for students with little or no prior FMA training. Classes cover:
- The Inosanto LaCoste Kali system.
- “De-Fanging the Snake,” FMA concepts and history.
- Classes cover long, medium, and short range weapons fighting.
- Single stick, double sticks, single knife, empty hands, and Hubud.
- Light-contact stick and knife sparring. This will teach students to develop “aliveness,” awareness, and fast reflexes in combat.
Filipino Martial Arts (FMA 2-Intermediate, 3-Advanced, 4-Apprentice Instructor)

Junior Dragons (Ages 6-12)
- Classes cover a junior version of JKD and FMA, designed for safety and self-defense.
- Goals are to develop self-confidence and self-esteem. Students learn respect, focus, discipline and a positive attitude.
- Classes cover physical fitness, coordination, balance and agility. Students learn various exercises that will challenge them mentally as well as physically.
