The objective of our Women's Self-Defense Program is to learn, develop, and master the basic skills and attributes needed to properly defend and protect you against a real armed and/or unarmed attacker. The 6 month Women’s Self-Defense Basic Course is structured as follows:
This course is an on-going course, meaning it is continuous and does not have a specific start date or end date. This is how it works: the first day you start your training will be your Day #1. 6 months after your Day #1 will be your course completion date. You do not have to start on the same day as everyone else. We also have 4-week and 6-week short courses. Call us to inquire!
